FAMILY AERIAL YOGA
Family aerial yoga isn’t just a workout — it’s a real adventure where laughter, movement, and balance become a shared language for parents and children. Hammock sessions strengthen the body, build flexibility and confidence, and — most importantly — create trust and joy through shared experiences. Kids are thrilled to feel like they’re “flying,” while adults suddenly remember what it means to be light and carefree. And yes — when the whole family tries to strike the “flying superhero” pose in sync, the room fills not only with movement but also with laughter. KIDS YOGA
Kids’ yoga is more than stretching or exercise — it’s play, movement, and mindfulness in one. In class, children learn to listen to their bodies, manage their breathing and emotions, and build attention, confidence, and inner balance. Gentle asanas strengthen muscles, and improve posture and flexibility, while breathing practices help reduce stress and boost concentration at school. Regular practice supports immunity, promotes restful sleep, and builds a healthy habit of self-care from an early age. Yoga helps children grow strong, calm, and happy — both in body and spirit.
PILATES
"You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions," - this is how Joseph Pilates spoke about the results of his own exercise system, which is known as "Pilates". Pilates is a comprehensive exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the 20th century. The methodology is based on the principles of yoga and other Eastern practices. Pilates exercises allow you to qualitatively improve a person's movement, posture and strengthen the muscular corset. The main difference between Pilates and other types of physical exercise is the slow performance of exercises, thanks to which you can use all the muscles without harm to health and overexertion. Exercises are selected in such a way that the load on the muscles is distributed evenly. This system is suitable for almost everyone and has no restrictions on gender or age.
Aero Yoga
Aeroyoga is an antidepressant that turns the world upside down. The main positive effects of yoga practice in hammocks. Spinal traction, improved posture. Thanks to the force of gravity, the spine is gently stretched, the negative effects of performing inverted asanas are reduced, because there is no compression of the spine. Relevant for all ages, especially if you sit all day at the computer or at school;) Improvement of the hormonal and digestive systems, due to the effect on the pituitary gland, parathyroid glands, blood flow from the liver. Any modern fitness club will offer you many group programs for young and middle-aged people. But what if you are already 60? In ordinary clubs, you will be told to join any of their programs, which, in fact, can be harmful and even dangerous. That is why our trainers have created special programs for ladies and gentlemen 60+, in which they took into account all possible features of the body at this age. You can and should do sports at any age. If the program is built correctly, you will not only preserve youth and health, but also get rid of such problems as muscle weakness, impaired coordination, memory problems. Our group classes 60+ will definitely help you return the joy of life and give you new emotions. Sitting with girlfriends over a bottle of wine and a steak? Nice, but no longer fashionable.

Only for groups 60+ we have provided such an opportunity and presented you with an hour after each lesson, when you can sit with your old or new friends in a cozy room or our quiet garden, drink fresh coffee and chat. Also, for the group 60+ we offer seminars from our nutritionist, where you can talk about the peculiarities of nutrition for your age and improving the quality of life.
